The thesis
The Senlimaj Fund is designed to capture the full FCL opportunity set, across three alpha pockets: new and emerging companies, sectors, and asset classes across the public-private spectrum; niche and specific opportunities in overlooked corners of global stock markets; and a long-term flexible mandate across asset classes when conventional markets are crowded.
Structure
An evergreen exempted company structured with two share classes. The Alchemy Class holds the liquid sleeve — a core allocation to global listed equities managed under the same philosophy that has driven FCL Opportunities since 2017. The Senlimaj Class holds the illiquid sleeve — up to 60% of fund assets allocated to private market niches, co-investments, and emerging asset classes selected for durable return asymmetry.
The two-class structure allows investors to tailor their exposure between liquid and illiquid opportunities within a single evergreen vehicle.
